Congratulations. You and your team members should have a working knowledge of our topic and are ready for the next step. In this section you shall choose a role as a forester, politician, wildlife biologist, timber harvester, homeowner, or firefighter. As you read the websites associated with your role you will begin to develop an opinion about our central question.

This perspective may not be your personal perspective but is important to discuss an issue from another person's perspective. We suggest that you choose a role that is of interest to you. Depending upon the size of your team, more than one person may be assigned to the same role. If it is a small group, all roles may not be represented. Some students may even choose to represent more than one role.

After you have developed the perspective for your individual role, you are able to put your knowledge to the test in the Group Process.
